Setting a goal is easy.Following through isn’t.
Goals get lost at some point in the year, not for lack of will but for lack of follow-up. Faro had to support without pushing: a private place to record progress and look back with perspective.
We designed light check-ins — text, voice or photo — and periodic reviews that turn those entries into a clear read of how you’re doing and what comes next.
